We are seeking an Urban Planner with 3-5 years experience to become a member of our Land Development group.

Candidate should have a history of urban design and planning with experience in regulatory processes and interfacing with regulatory agencies.  Candidate should also possess superior leadership & organizational skills, with a successful project management history.

Qualified candidates will have a MS/BS in Planning, Landscape Architecture or similar, AICP certification with 2+ years of consulting experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory processes, code and zoning requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Duties will include preparation, implementation, and administration of planning projects through completion. Conduct planning studies, analyze environmental data,  report and presentation materials writing as well as presentation of data.  In addition, track and maintain project's progress and budget.
